why is it that everytime I try and order a item I won from ebay once I’m done it says checkout is not avaible

at this time yet I find no where on ebay it says checkout is being worked on or anything related to it
I do have a paypal account and its connected to my ebay account

did u sort ur account out with them, try adding ur paypal account to it?
