ebay usps insurance
EBay consignment has been damaged during shipping, what I do or reimburse the buyer must claim with USPS?

I sent an article last week, via USPS. I live in North Carolina and the buyer lives in California. Firstly, the subject has been lost somewhere in California. The theme Finally came a week later, and the buyer says it is damaged. It was not damaged before leaving my home, I lots of pictures to prove it. If the USPS Contact the buyer file a claim with them? He refused insurance offered. He also paid with PayPal, so if you submit a claim with them, despite the damage the departure was not my fault?

Unfortunately, you are responsible. Insurance is for the seller and the buyer. If something is fragile and can be damaged during transport if you should have need insurance or pay for itself. USPS will not grant credit if purchased without insurance. As a seller, it is your responsibility to get the item to the buyer as described. All the buyer has to do is file with Paypal and was out of his money in a heartbeat. Not like he was at the auction and to be placed side with the buyer in this case. People who say that the buyer is responsible or not for eBay sellers or have never had any experience with claims SNAD Pal (not significantly as described) broken damaged and fall into this category. Your best bet is to return and learn from this experience in sales, no fun either with an item and money, but next time they remember and have a good compromise because of it. I am a seller on eBay with over 1900 transactions and 99.9% positive.
