Viiv has nothing to do with processor speed. This means that processor has met certain requirements for use as a digital camera of Home Media. 1,8 Ghz is the correct specification for a E4300. Also note that Core 2 Duo processors (like the E4300) provide more performance for a GHz Pentium 4. E4300 delivers performance that goes beyond 3 GHz Pentium 4 capacities respectively. And yes, very good price. Good system if you do not plan to use for games.
