Hi, Is it safe to buy things from ebay, This is my first time, and why ?

I am about to buy a Canon EOS 5D camera from ebay but I am hesitating because the price is unbelievable, as it mention in the email by the seller that he is from Romania, I dont know if I should trust him and send the money or just ignore him, the pric is $850 including UPS shipping to be paid through Westeren Union, same camera in my country UAE (Dubai) is above $ 3000 please help !!!.

if you ever see ROMANIA, RUN LIKE THE WIND! same with NIGERIA, all scams!

if you ever see WESTERN UNION, RUN EVEN FASTER AWAY!!

there is nothing LESS SAFE than sending money via WESTERN UNION!

the camera is most likely listed on a HIJACKED ACCOUNT.

if you are ever buying on ebay, ALWAYS
pay through PAYPAL and fund it with a CREDIT CARD.

then if anything goes wrong and PAYPAL can’t get you a refund, you then have the option of filing for a CHARGEBACK through your CC provider.
